• To communicate with you regarding bid updates, account notifications, and platform alerts.
• Contract Fulfillment: To give contact details for the delivery of your concrete once a bid is accepted.
• We do not accept payment for deliveries through the app, This is down to the supplier to provide an invoice and payment method

We do not sell your personal data. Your contact details and delivery address are shared under the following specific circumstances:

• Before Bid Acceptance: Suppliers can view the job specifications (e.g., volume, date, general region, and truck type required) to place a bid. Your name, full street address, email, and phone number remain hidden from suppliers during the bidding process.
• After Bid Acceptance: Once you select and accept a winning supplier's bid, your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Delivery Address will be provided directly to the winning supplier. This allows the supplier to schedule the job, coordinate delivery logistics, and communicate directly with you regarding site access or delivery updates.
• Service Providers: We may share data with secure third-party infrastructure and service providers (such as hosting platforms and email delivery services) necessary to operate the platform.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Personal information is stored securely on our backend servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel and the specific winning supplier for your accepted order.
